Terms of Service

1. What Lean Score is

Lean Score ("the Service", "we") is a subscription research tool for sports statistics: schedules, odds published by third-party sportsbooks, historical results, hit rates, simulations and trends. The Service is informational and for entertainment. It is not a gambling service, does not accept, place or pay out wagers, does not set lines, and does not provide betting, financial or legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally able to enter this agreement. Sports wagering is not legal everywhere; you are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and everything done under them. One account per person; accounts may not be shared or resold.

4. License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own research. Everything on the Service — statistics compilations, models, charts, design, text and code — belongs to Lean Score or its licensors. You may not scrape, harvest, bulk-download or redistribute the Service's data; resell or republish its content; probe, overload or interfere with its operation; or attempt to bypass access controls or subscription gates. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. Promotional pricing applies for the stated period and then converts to the regular price shown at checkout. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your access runs to the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. No guarantees

Statistics describe the past. Odds move, injuries happen, models are wrong, and human error exists. We make no promise about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any number on the Service, and no promise whatsoever that anything here will make you money. Any wager you place is your decision and your responsibility alone.

7. Third-party data and links

Odds, lines and statistics are collected from third-party sources and sportsbooks; their marks belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any sportsbook or league, and we are not responsible for third-party sites the Service links to.

8. Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them to improve the Service without owing you anything — that's the only sane way to run a product people talk to us about.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the material identified, where it appears, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We respond to valid notices consistent with the DMCA, including removal and, for repeat infringers, termination.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including gambling losses — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Lean Score harmless from claims, damages and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this — it affects your rights. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You and Lean Score each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel billing at any time. Sections that by their nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution) survive termination.

14. Changes, severability, entire agreement

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use after a change means you accept it. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Lean Score about the Service.
